Crafted from top quality, non GMO, organic grapes from the small farms in Spain, Josephs new collection of Ancient wines.
Our dry red wine is crafted from non GMO, ancient cultivated grapes.
Our certified EU-organic grapes ferment naturally without added sulfites, preservatives, or industrial processing. Using wild yeast and slow, temperature-controlled fermentation, we preserve the wine’s natural enzymes, polyphenols, and clean finish, free from the harsh acidity common in modern wines.
Ancient vines. Pure fermentation. Nothing added.
